The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. the hotel offered a variety of amenities and activities, such as a well-equipped kitchenette, a nice balcony, and a TV with local and international channels.
The only downside we experienced was that the staff could have been more proactive and attentive. However, overall, we felt at ease and any requests or concerns were promptly addressed.

The reception staff is careless and rude. It is dirty. we checked out after 2 days and moved to another hotel.

Bbathroom wasn't clean, no towels, used half roll of toiletpaper. Asked for paper and towels and bathroom to be cleaned. After 15 minutes called again. Girl says it needs a half hour because housekeeping wasn't there. Told her I needed to take a shower and had an appointment, please hurry. Got towels but no paper 5 minutes later with. Came back at night. Bathroom not clean and no paper. I ate something wrong so went downstairs and asked for paper. The rude, lazy night guy that I clearly disturbed while playing movies on his mobile says I can get it tomorrow morning. Got angry. He went to the lobby toilet and handed me a wad of paper he got from there. Unbelievable.

Good location near Hamra street and the corniche. Hotel room was clean and the balcony provided a nice view. Staff were fine, but not spectacular (which is what you would expect for the price). The room had a working fridge and microwave.
Wi-fi internet was really only accessible in the main lobby, not in any of the rooms.

During our stay at Mozart, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and cleanliness. Our room was spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel's location in Hamra was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff, especially Samir and Mendi, were incredibly helpful and made our trips to Baalbek and Jeita Grotto unforgettable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as slow Wi-Fi and limited breakfast options, our overall experience at Mozart was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Mozart Hotel in Beirut is a great base for exploring the city's attractions. It is conveniently located within 500 feet of a restaurant. The rooms are spacious and come with climate control and a mini-bar fridge. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast for just USD 7 per person per day.

The air conditioner is very good and doesn't cost extra. The safety deposit box is good and easy to use but you have to ask for staff to help you get started. The most of the staff was friendly. It was a bit annoying when they tried to sell you overpriced trips to Jounieh, Baalbek etc.. They tried to charge me too much, but I think it was just an accident. The location is very good! It's near Harmra streets restaurants and shops and also near the Riviera hotels beach club which is great!
The Wi-Fi did not work in our room. For the first two days we only had one big towel and one really small towel for two persons. One day when we came back to our room we noticed that we only had one towel. We asked the cleaner for another towel and she gave it for us immidiately (don't know if it was used, though). The bed and the sheets were dirty but comfortable.

The location of the hotel is OK, the staff were very helpful and nice (thanks to all of them) i think the best things of this hotel is its location and the staff
Its very very dirty hotel, i have never been in such a dirty place in my whole life. the furniture are smelly, over used and the bed covers are dirty and smelly, i don’t think they washed at all!! I will never ever stay at this hotel at all and i don’t recommended to anyone

Proximity of hotel to Hamra St is good. Amadeus bar below has reasonably priced drinks...great mojitos!
No tourist maps available from reception. One episode did not give me much confidence in the way the hotel is being managed. The bathroom was semi flooded with water when I arrived but hotel staff made no attempt to mop it up but just said they will move me tomorrow, which they did not. I ended using the spare towel to mop up the water and the next day asked for more. None arrived so I had to ask again but still no towels. I had to ask another time for towels and they finally arrived, 24 hours after I first asked for them. Another thing - the men on reception seem to be permanently on the phone on a personal call. They would attend to me but still continue their phone call, as if I was interrupting them.

Well Mozart Hotel is just near the center of the Beirut, near the Hamra Street, close to cornish...
If you don't want to pay too much money and do not look for luxury, Mozart Hotel will not be a bad option.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Beirut. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice view and a variety of options, including both Arabic and continental dishes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for me and my family.
One minor area for improvement could be the cleanliness of the rooms. However, overall, everything was great and I had an enjoyable experience at this hotel.

Good price and close to restaurants.
As said previously, do not trust desk clerk, Ali, who lied.

I did not like the location of the hotel, very close to mosque, and almost opposite construction site, both creating big noise now and then, balcon yes, but not a single chair you could use for sitting. No maps in reception etc
A tel call was made from my room before I arrived. (never happend earlier) Some of staff has been sitting and smoking just before I arrived, I could see the ashray with cigaret end and the room was smelling. What a show when I was leaving, but I did not pay the call
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
